Due to the nature of the items sold on this website, we unfortunately do not accept returns, unless the item is defective.Please contact us should you have a defective item. Our standard warranty is 30-days from the date of receipt of the item.

At this time we deliver only to the United States and Puerto Rico. Delivery is done using US Postal Service or UPS in discrete packages.

All packages are delivered in nondescript packaging. The address label includes “GVSX” for the return address. No logos or other identifiable information is included about what the package contents include.
